Hire Fee
£150 room hire (up to 5 people included in the hire fee).
Additional £20 per person for up to 16 delegates.
The price includes one bottle of water per person, tea/coffee, biscuits & sweets.
Food & Beverage
The Breakfast menu is available from 11.30am - 1pm.
Our Drinks menu is available all 11.30am - 7pm.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking.

Sydney House Chelsea's meeting room can be set up for your specific requirements, to include comfortable chairs, glasses and water. For each delegate, a blotter pad, paper, pencil and stationery box shall be provided.
